The Chimpex Ltd. Loyalty Card offers a maximum 10% discount at all our retail stores to all current cardholders.
After correctly filling out the data form available in-store, a Loyalty Card will be issued free of charge on-site.
The discount associated with the card can be used starting from the following day.
Please present your card at the checkout (before the items are scanned) for the discount to be automatically applied to your purchase.
First card application: Anyone aged 16 or older can apply for the card free of charge in our stores if they can provide a receipt showing a purchase of at least 5,000 HUF within the 30 days prior to the application. The application also requires a properly filled-out data form, which the applicant must sign to accept the following terms of the Chimpex Hungária Ltd. Loyalty Membership: The discount will be applied to the purchase after scanning the card’s barcode. The maximum discount is available only to those who regularly use their card and have spent at least 3,000 HUF within 30 days or 9,000 HUF within 90 days. Discounts associated with the card are valid only in-store and cannot be applied retroactively. The card’s discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Chimpex Hungária Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the card.
After filling out the data form, we will send the card activation code to the provided email address within 14 days. If no email address is provided, the activation code will be sent via SMS or postal mail 4-6 weeks later. The completed card can be collected in-store after providing the activation code. Only one free Loyalty Card can be provided per email address or phone number. If more cards are needed for the same email address, phone number, or company name, additional cards can be issued at a fee of 800 HUF per card.
Card replacement: In case of loss, damage, or destruction of the card, a new Loyalty Card can be requested for a fee of 800 HUF. The cardholder can request the deletion of their personal data by returning their Loyalty Card, which also cancels the card.
The cardholder voluntarily provides their data and confirms that the information is accurate. The cardholder accepts that the data provided to Chimpex Hungária Ltd. will be handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
** The cardholder agrees that Chimpex Hungária Ltd. may use their provided personal data for contact purposes (phone, email) for up to 5 years.
