Cost contribution – during office development and the transformation of warehouse lighting – for covering the property rental fee and related utility costs.
Project impact: Compared to the year 2019, a 5% increase in operating profit, a 10% increase in sales turnover, preservation of jobs despite the coronavirus pandemic, an increase in the number of employees by 6 people, a 15% improvement in cost-efficiency, and an increase of 146 m² in useful office space.
